At first, you need to know that you don’t have the appropriate amount of hormones needed for building muscles. So, a good nutrition along with a well studied workout plan will get you in shape with the toned body that you acquire.
For a lady who wants to get in shape, going to the Gym is to be the first big step, because most of women are very skeptical about doing the male stuff like lifting weights.
But believe me, after a couple of times you will gain more confidence, get some wonderful results and you will start to enjoy the whole process. It will be the journey that you’ll never ever forget.
Upper body workout plan with weight training and cardio
Ladies often start working-out to tone their bodies and to lose belly fat, you need to know that in order to look great you have to tone your entire body , not just the upper or the lower parts.
Those upper body workouts for women are composed of five days of exercise:
4 days of training with weights.
1 day of steady-state cardio.
2 days of rest.
To get toned … you have to go with moderate and heavy weights
People believe that a toned body means a body with muscle but not too much, and they think that doing repetitions gives them that kind of a body; however, a toned body means a body with strong muscles and a very low percentage of fat. Out of that definition we can find that your nutrition is the main engine that drives you into a toned body, then come the workouts.
Take that into consideration, if you want to burn more body fat during training sessions, you shall go lifting heavy weights with short periods of rest between every set.
Ladies must aim for eight – twelve reps to get their bodies shaped
